For Australian Business Institute (ABI) our students are the centre of our business. We have organised our business around learning needs of our students and try hard to meet the needs of our students. We start with identifying your needs as our student before your enrolment with us and we are ready to discuss with you that how our course can best suit your study/work pathways. We do this before actual enrolment takes place and before any financial commitment made by you as our students.
Quality of our trainers and Assessors is based on their qualifications, experience in the industry and their continuous professional development. Our trainers understand that there is diversity in learning behaviour and any reasonable adjustment needed must be made to suit individual learning styles. Our trainers and assessors are students’ first level of resolving of any academic issue during the study but if students need more help from administration office or student support services staff, the help can be made available if needed
Our location makes us unique. We are close to Sydney city and Sydney domestic and international airports. We are linked with Sydney’s major public transport system and is close to Arncliffe railway station making it very convenient if students do not want to use private transport during their study in Sydney.
Our operations focus on meeting our student’s learning goals and believe in making every single students learning experience a nice one. Our trainers and assessors work closely with students for successful outcomes of their training programmes.
ABI provides services to students during all stages of our student’s life cycle with us – starting right before enrolment – enrolment – study successful outcomes. We have dedicated staff members to ensure support services to all students when students need them. Our staff are located full time on campus and are easy to access for any academic or non- academic issue.
